Do you know about these high-temperature and anti-corrosion coatings
1. Coating to prevent corrosion from seawater, static electricity, and high temperature steam: ZS-711 inorganic anti-corrosion coating, with long-term temperature resistance of 400 ℃, good anti-corrosion and corrosion resistance, strong adhesion, and high temperature resistance. ZS-711 inorganic anti-corrosion coating has a corrosion resistance life of more than 10 years in salt spray acid gas, underground burial, marine seawater, chemical acid alkali, petroleum liquid, sewage and wastewater, etc.
2. Increase heat transfer and acid corrosion resistant coating: ZS-722 acid resistant thermal conductive anti-corrosion coating uses high conductivity film-forming solution and high heat transfer, coating long-term temperature resistance of 600 ℃, high heat radiation filler, acid alkali corrosion resistant, cured coating conductivity coefficient (70 ℃) can reach 50w/m.k, coating blackbody heat radiation coefficient can reach 0.92 ε, heat exchange rate can be increased by more than 10% compared to the substrate material without ZS-722 acid resistant thermal conductive anti-corrosion coating, and some materials can be increased by more than 50%.

ZS-811 high temperature resistant and corrosion resistant coating is a water-based inorganic environmentally friendly coating that does not evaporate any harmful substances at room temperature and high temperature. ZS-811 high temperature resistant and corrosion resistant coating self cures at room temperature, and its physical, chemical and usage properties have reached the advanced level of similar international products.
4. Water based ceramic anti-corrosion coating that can resist corrosion at room temperature: ZS-821 water based ceramic anti-corrosion coating can achieve good anti-corrosion effect after surface drying, with excellent corrosion resistance to various media, water resistance, and high strength abrasion resistance. High temperature resistant strong acid and strong alkali ceramic anti-corrosion coating: ZS-822 composite ceramic high-temperature anti-corrosion coating, which forms a dense and firm coating after curing, has excellent corrosion resistance, long-term resistance to strong acid and strong alkali corrosion, long-term temperature resistance of 1400 ℃, resistance to organic solvent corrosion under high temperature environment, waterproof and oil resistant high-temperature corrosion, making its comprehensive thermodynamic properties match the physical properties of the substrate, and can effectively protect the substrate.
6. Ceramic anti-corrosion coating with large flexible extension deformation: ZS-833 flexible ceramic high-temperature anti-corrosion coating, the coating can withstand temperatures up to 1600 ℃, has good flexibility, high coefficient of linear expansion, and good electrochemical and physical anti-corrosion properties. The coating has good density at room temperature and high temperature, and has excellent waterproof and moisture-proof properties, as well as resistance to the penetration of acid and alkali solution media. Except for hydrofluoric acid (HF), it can withstand corrosion from all different concentrations of acid and alkali, salt spray, water vapor, and intermediates. ZS-833 flexible ceramic high-temperature anti-corrosion coating is resistant to high-temperature solvent corrosion, high-temperature and high-pressure steam corrosion, and molten metal liquid corrosion. It has high hardness, impact resistance, and good adhesion.
7. Acid and alkali resistant, oil and salt resistant coating at room temperature: ZS-1034 acid and alkali resistant anti-corrosion coating, resistant to acid, alkali, solvent gas and solution corrosion. ZS-1034 acid and alkali resistant anti-corrosion coating is a special anti-corrosion coating used in environments with organic acids, inorganic acids, salts, alkalis, and organic solvents. It effectively prevents electrochemical and chemical corrosion and provides long-term protection for the substrate.
8. Wear resistant and anti-corrosion coating: ZS-1031 wear-resistant and anti-corrosion coating uses inorganic organic interpenetrating network polymer as the film-forming solution, pure inorganic ceramic filler. The coating can withstand temperatures up to 600 ℃. The coating has a long-term temperature resistance of 300 ℃. ZS-1032 strong oxidation resistant coating has a swelling rate of no more than 5 ‰ when soaked in non-polar solvents such as gasoline and jet fuel oil, concentrated nitric acid, concentrated sulfuric acid, concentrated sulfuric acid in concentrated acid solutions, low polarity solvents such as butyl acetate, xylene, and butanone, and high polarity solutions of anhydrous ethanol for 500 hours at 100 ℃.
10. Resistant to fluoride and bromic acid corrosion coating: ZS-1033 hydrofluoric acid resistant anti-corrosion coating has a certain degree of repulsion against the corrosion of fluoride and bromide ions, maintaining the stability of the coating. 13. High temperature resistant insulation and anti-corrosion ceramic coating: ZS-1091 high temperature resistant insulation ceramic coating, the coating has a long-term temperature resistance of 1800 ℃, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, wear resistance and impact resistance, suitable for metal substrate adhesion, high insulation registration, and can withstand 1 kV current breakdown per millimeter.
